The results are in

I got my results from my first semester courses.

Good news- I don't have to resit any exams.
The great news- I got an unexpected second class honors in Accounting (I got second class honors in other courses too, but that one totally shocked me).

The two I was having nightmares about: Business Economics and Financial Reporting; passed. That means all goals were met!

we need an interpretive scale. i.e. converting UK grading system to a north american scale so that it's intelligible. what is second class honours? and the classes you passed, were those pass/fail or did you just pass, i.e. like a 'D' or a 'B+'? just wondering... B

It wasn't a side step. I would translate- but I have no idea about the translation.

Sorry to hear about your trouble with math. It just requires concerted dedication- do it again and again and again until it becomes a second nature. That's what I did for Financial Reporting, and for the GMAT for that matter too.
